If you do not receive an email from Fashion Nova within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
To check your orders, log into your Fashion Nova account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

Exchange or Return for a Refund
The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please make sure that
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To return the products, please submit items change request here.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your wallet in amount of few days if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not accept any request of exchange & return once the "specials" are sold.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return:
-Final sale item(s) or items marked as No Refund/Return is not eligible for return or exchange. -You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Our well experienced team has thought through all these challenges that a customer can face prior or after placing a custom sizing order. Therefore our team has defined well managed process for all our custom orders to ensure high quality and to minimizes the errors that can occur.
We always prefer to get your body measurements which would greatly minimize the chances of the custom made product not fitting you. Our expert craftsman will make sure the jacket fits you perfectly according to the measurements. We have a measurements guide to help you take your measurements and we will usually be able to catch it if your measurements seems off.
We try to be as transparent as possible about the quality of the materials we use. We at LuxuprimE stand by the quality of our products and always ensure to source the best leather from the renowned tanneries.
Therefore, rest assured that each item will be crafted using premium quality material only.
We always do a final quality check before sending out the jacket where design errors can be caught and fixed if any. We also share photos of custom orders with you before dispatching to minimize any errors that were missed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and store credit via Fashion Nova E-Gift Cards. Please note: E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases only. Similarly, our retail store issued Gift Cards are exclusive to in-store purchases only and are not valid for online use.
