Custom designed jackets cannot be returned for a refund as it was made uniquely according to your requirements with your consultation and approval. However, if the jacket does not fit you the way you expected and if it was an error on our part, we would gladly alter the jacket for you free of charge or exchange it.

We understand everyone's taste could be different. So you can literally get any jacket you like as per your custom requirement. All we need are photos! Certainly, you can send in a photo of a jacket and we will reproduce it for you. Please contact us for any custom requirement and with reasonable price.
We are happy to offer free shipping on ALL domestic, Canadian and U.K. orders over $75 (subtotal), and international orders $150 (subtotal) or greater.

We ship word wide and the countries listed at the billing address when you place an order.

Exchange or Return for a Refund

The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible, please make sure that

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To return the products, please submit items change request here.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your wallet in amount of few days if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

We do not accept any request of exchange & return once the "specials" are sold.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

-Final sale item(s) or items marked as No Refund/Return is not eligible for return or exchange. -You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Yes, we make jackets as per your custom requirement. Our fashion designers have more than 25 years of experience in design. We can reproduce almost any type jacket in any design. If you have photos of a jacket that you saw on a picture or photo taken from a person or celebrity wear or you have designed it by yourself. All you have to do is to share those photos with us, describe your requirement if applicable and we will make that jacket for you. You can choose from wide range of leathers and fabrics. We even offer designing help if needed.
Yes, even though leather is our specialty and passion, we have tailors that specialize in working with woolen fabric. Additionally, we can make jackets with cotton, polyester and satin as well.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

No, all discussions and consultation for a custom order is completely free of cost. You would only pay after you are satisfied and place the order.

We always prefer to get your body measurements which would greatly minimize the chances of the custom made product not fitting you. Our expert craftsman will make sure the jacket fits you perfectly according to the measurements. Design issues

We always do a final quality check before sending out the jacket where design errors can be caught and fixed if any. We also share photos of custom orders with you before dispatching to minimize any errors that were missed.
