Refunds and Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship or shipping. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

We also understand the online shopping experience as a customer. Therefore, LuxuPrime feels proud to offer no charges to our customer return of purchased product, in case if the product is not meeting an expected satisfaction of our valued customer, we will gladly accept the return and no question will be ASKED, except a genuine request that please return the product as per the guideline given below.
For our improvement to enhance your shopping experience in the future if you can provide us one line feedback about the product / service quality that would be helping us to reshape our products and services to meet your satisfaction in the future “because You are First!”
Returning item due to the product quality or workmanship concern:

  • Within 3 days of receiving the shipment/items
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Unwashed, Unworn undamaged, and unaltered
  • In the original packaging
  • All the original tags attached
Note: The return will be accepted after inspecting the condition of the product at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent to you to provide the status of the return.

How do I return?
  • Login into your account at www.luxuprime.com
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the item you want to return
  • Complete the return process and submit it
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection/concerns of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (credit/debit/paypal, etc.), within 10 business days.
