Refunds and Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship or shipping. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
- Within 3 days of receiving the shipment/items
- Item must be in original condition
- Unwashed, Unworn undamaged, and unaltered
- In the original packaging
- All the original tags attached
- Login into your account at www.luxuprime.com
- Follow the screen instructions and select the item you want to return
- Complete the return process and submit it
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection/concerns of your refund.
- If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (credit/debit/paypal, etc.), within 10 business days.
